Deducted too much money
My monthly bill is R780, but for this month MTN has deducted R3447,79. I tried calling the entire day today but no answer, reverse that money as I need to use it and it has made my bank account to be in areas.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the amount for R 3447.79 is for all the contracts under the account number A*** for the month of April and the data contract came of R2319.17.
