Deducted money without account holder consent

Mtn stole my airtime . They uploaded marketing on my phone . Without my consent they subscribed marketing subscription to my phone & when I top- up my airtime they deducted subscription without my consent . I complained at one of their stores(N1 City) but they could not help me .I top-up my account with R25 & when I checked my balance there was only R7.50 in my account Y'ello.
