Deduct money from me.
March 12, 2015 I call my brother to tell him that I will be late because a man reversed into my car. After that I took photos of his drivers lisence and the disk on his cars windscreen as well as photos of the damage.<br> My brother also received a call and now MTN charged me R101.00 for 40 minutes.<br> I am not happy about that and want part of my money back.<br> <br> Francois Swart

Our records show that the charges were validated since the dispute was raised and feedback given to you. Kindly note that the process of validation involves linking usage to the sim card at the time of transactions on the network as required by law.
You may however request for the copy of the Itemised Bill to see which number was dialled for that duration period recorded on the network.
