Declined upgrade to lower package

Good day<br> It saddens me to be hear that my contract upgrade was declined because MTN thinks i wouldn't afford it. funny enough I'm on a higher package right now & want to take a lower package but my application was declined. So please make me understand why you declining my upgrade.Amanda Ngwenya told me that if I don't upgrade I will be kept on the same package so how the hell do you keep me on a higher package when it expires but decline to downgrade because you think I will not be able to afford the new package I want to upgrade to. where is the logic in this. there's definitely a glitch in this so called new upgrading system. can you please look into this and see or advise a way forward.<br> I await your rapid response.<br> Kind response<br> Pule Segabetla<br> ***<br> ***<br>
