Declined for invalid reason WOW

After waiting for more than a month for feedback for a mtn insurance claim I call in myself for the 100 time and get a declined letter via email. Bearing in mind that the declined reason is that the number being used is not the number insured. WOW I insured this number *** and WOW this is not my first time claiming on this phone using this number. Can mtn pull the first call when I took out this insurance and hear which numbers I insured as one is allowed to.insure two numbers and check my first claim for this phone what number was used can mtn check from the day I purchased this phone which number has been used in this phone only one number which I have stated above. I lastly delt with Matshepho which sent me the declined letter and tried to help me which is not good enough after more than a month and my claim gets declined for bull**** when I have claimed for this number before now it's was never covered. I been paying my premium and yet my child is sitting without a working phone all this time so what is the use having this *** insurance since being insured with you it's being endless problems yet I pay every month. Mtn insurance is just *** and I would not advise my worse enemy to insure anything with mtn. *** yet want my premium.
