Deceptive billing by MTN!

I received a sms from MTN regarding my debit order, stating that it will go through on 31 Dec '24 as usual, but on Saturday 28 Dec '24 the debit order was processed and rejected as the money was not available in the bank account yet. Because the debit order was rejected, I have to pay a R12 fee and go through the trouble of making an EFT payment! Not good!!
