Deceived

It is now more than a year that a MTN sales consultant sold to me a R99 data Contract telephonically and it was delivered to me. The Sim Card did not work each time I put in my phone and when I contacted them to query this, they told me I actually agreed to a R199 a month contract which was false. That Sim Card never worked, and I called them countless times to tell them I cannot be billed for a false sale and for something I'm not using. No response till to date and my concerned is that my ITC is negatively affected by this.
