DECEIVED BY MTN SALES AGENT (BRIGHT)

Hi,

My query is still not resolved.

I received a call from Bright yesterday 21-12-2020 approximately @ 10:00 from the number ***

He offered me a deal which consisted of 120 gig anytime data for R379 a month for 24months.

Seemed like a good deal and it was actually the closest deal to wat have app**** for.

Today I went into a MTN store only to find out I have been deceived by Bright and MTN.

I have not received the deal that I was promised, like always have to do the running around trying to fix this.

I have requested that Bright give me a call back but I am still waiting. Day in and day out I can never come right with MTN.

I wish there was someone that I could sit with Face to Face to solve this problems I have been having for weeks on end.

Your guys online system does not work and neither does your customer service.
