I was phoned in June/July by a consultant who asked me if I wanted to enter into a new contract as one of my current contracts had expired. I agreed but the person seemed to be misrepresenting information so I asked for the new contract to be emailed to me before I accept it. She agreed but did not email it. It was delivered to my home by courier so I sent it back unopened. I now see that the new contract, which I did not sign, nor accept has been activated. How can the contract be activated without my signature?? I DO NOT WANT IT - PLEASE CANCEL IT.
