<p>i have been an MTN customer for as long as i can remember and i have been happy with them until i subscribed to YELLO DATA AMP.i was fed a bunch of lies,when they sell the product they said its for R59 a month,come month end i was debited R457.I contacted the customer service department and was told i was using data out of bundle rates.I then requested for them to cancel, this was March 2017.i recieved an sms saying its cancelled.Next month i was billed R457 again,i contacted them again and asked why,they say its arrears payment.June 2017 another payment goes of for R59,I call again.they send another sms saying its been cancelled.1st July 2017 another debit goes off for R59 mtn yello data and that i must switch my APN.I have sent an email to the support department and still no response.MTN Yello Data is *********!!!i am so disappointed in the treatment i have recieved and false promises.</p>
