I was not informed of your increase and when I did call in to cancel your not so helpful call centre did not inform me , I was told that I will be on prepaid as soon as my contract ends .<br> Your response comes weeks after my complaint <br> I did check my balance at the end of June and did have a balance but unfortunately you cannot help me <br> <br> <br> Thank you for nothing , I will never use your product again
