I app**** for a cellphone contract online After a entire month they called me on Wednesday 22nd December to tell me everything went through and I’m approved and asking which colour of the phone I want and went through the T&Cs and my bank details again etc Then they told me it will be delivered between 3 to 5 days

Afterwards they sent me a sms message saying order created with a reference number. On Saturday I felt I need to verify with mtn because I’m not sure if this was a **** since they called from a 064 number I wanted a paper trail so I opted to message MTN on their Facebook page They asked for my Id numbers and then responded by saying it’s their third party whom contacted me and it’s not a **** and I’m also not approved I am totally shocked I mean what if I didn’t message them? I mean they called me to tell me I’m approved and all of that **** and now they singing another story! I feel I need to legally take them up on this! Which I obviously will do if the phone doesn’t arrive by Wednesday day 5 by me hence they called to tell me I’m approved and went through with everything once more!

I will not let them get away with taking advantage like this
