Deceased needs to be the person to cancel the contract!!!!!!!!

MTN's service is so bad they can't have a rating. I have been on the phone for almost an hour waiting for someone to assist me with a deceased matter. So now you want me to get the client to go to the store so that I can cancel the contract.
