Debt that does not end with MTN and SSDA

MTN has been working with SSDA my account is paid up with them but SSDA still sends letters saying I need to make payment. This was completed in 2024 but I still need to pay. SSDA made me pay extra and because I did not want anything anymore to do with MTN I paid. MTN owes me under my profile but SSDA tells me I must pay. What the hell is wrong with their collections and not communicating. Imagine contacting a customer that has 2 years moved on from that debt, paid even to tell them they still owe stupid R2000.
