DEBT COLLECTORS KEEPS ON SENDING ME MSG TP PAY MTN

<p>MTN have debt collectors sending me sms's regrading money i have to pay, the whole thng happend when i took out the phone with mobile plus, however mobile plus never communicated with mtn what was really going on, mobile plus have paid after a whole lot of hassles now im getting msg from MBD INC telling me that i need to pay my accont, this is really greater a bad name on my ITC record and this is what this ppl is not understanding, all the relevant onformation have been sent them still they are not repsonding even pay ment from mobile plus, still im getting messages to pay the account, first email ive sent was on the 24/10/2016 to ********** i wad told by Oarabile to pay the account as per their client and i am liable for 3509.09 the they dont need the documents that was requested by one of their staff members, called mtn again after another msg was told they they cannot assist me i then logged a complaint with ********** on the 28/10/2016 at 10:12 Am till today im waiting for feedback no one called, i then called J Govender on the 07/11/2016 and he advised me to sent hm all the information did sent it stil waiing had to call him again and agin still waiting called him today and he advised that he will get back to me, still waiting after more than a hour, whats more disappointing i've sent hom the email on the 07/11/2016 and again on the 10/11/2016 and again on the 15, i included phumi in the email she works for MBD, she rep**** nly on the 15th saying that shes waiting for MTN to repsond, i again sent out the same email this time to another manager at MTN Richard Gardner he did not at all respond not even Jay Govender, the treatening sms's needs to stop or this will go back to the ombuds man its been going on for a year now, its not my problem that mtn is not in contact with mobile plus and does not know what going on under their noses, i need my name to be cleared AS SOON AS POSSIBLE im not even using the phone and yet im being treated like a damc ********</p>
