***** debits for router that has been canceled

I had a month to month router which I've canceled several times and returned it to the store but Im still being debited for something I no longer have. The router was switched off in the a week after receiving it for non payment which I've sent them and paid for two months in advance. MTN doesn't respond to any calls or emails. Im exhausted cause they owe me a refund.
