Thank you for your post.

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.

Kindly take note that the contract expired 9-10-2015.

The account is on cash and the last debit order requested was 1-9-2015.

The account notes cannot be pick up that you have requested for any cancellation request, please refer back to the terms and conditions signed for 24 months with MTN.

Cancellation request should be requested 30 days before the contract expires.

The last invoice generated to the account was for November 2015.

Before the contract expired your debit orders returned unpaid 3 times. You were aware of this but never followed up with MTN or honoured your payments.

The account balance owing to MTN is R3204.33 outstanding.

Due to the account expired on 9-10-2015 the account will be credited for the October and November invoice the credit will be for R552.99

R3204.33 -R552.99=R2651.34 still owing to MTN.

Please make payment for R2651.34 to clear the account balance before the request can be sent to the attorneys to close your file and to remove your name from the ITC list.
