DEBITING BANK ACCOUNTS AT RANDOM WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

<p>Hello MTN. My husband had an amount just short of R500 debited from his account via debit order. Reference number provided on the debit order - MTN SP A ********** . And HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE AN MTN CELL NUMBER!!! please do inbox me urgently and explain how you plan not to do this again! He can't even contact your call centre as one has to go through the initial verification and provide an MTN cell number WHICH HE DOES NOT HAVE!! He is also not on Facebook so it has been left up to me to sort this out. Would love to hear how you guys go about randomly debiting people's accounts when they have not even committed to taking out a contract with you??!!</p>
