DEBITING AFTER TERMINATION DESPITE REQUESTS TO CAN

I have been in communication with MTN on a regular basis since November last year with regards to an allocation of funds to my account as well as to when I can expect the LAST instalment of my contract. <br> <br> In December and in January I was told that the last amount would be taken off at the end of January. I have clearly stated in my MANY calls to MTN that I do not want to renew the contract and that the contract should end as was originally stipulated in my agreement with them (14th Feb 2016).<br> <br> In my latest conversation with them today to clear up the mess with the allocation I was told - much to my surprise and ire - that I can now expect yet ANOTHER debit off of my account at the end of this month! They had unilaterally renewed my contract because their system did not reflect that the contract had been cancelled! WHAT THE HELL MTN!?! Did my last dozen telephone calls not register? <br> <br> I do not see why I should pay R655.40 because your team did not do what was needed! I would truly appreciate the swift rectification of this matter. MTN has been my sole mobile/laptop/tablet service provider for the past 14 years and if this is not fixed, you WILL lose my patronage for life
