Debited twice in a week

Took phone on contract in October 2024. Was supposed to pay my first premium in November 2024. 20th Nov I went to the branch in Limpopo mall polokwane and paid . But today the 22nd Nov they debited my account again. Worst part I'm supposed to pay R290 but they debited R433..
