Debited twice

MTN DEBITED me twice,I paid begin of this month they sent a message acknowledging that they have received my payment,and today they debit me again ,my last money,I don’t have food as I speak ….i spoke to an agent she said she’ll escalate the issue she doesn’t know what’s happening,oh please MTN fix your things I want my money
