Debited R5.5k from my account!

MTN has debited R5.5k from my account claiming I made international calls where this is definitely not the case! I even have a cut-off on my account when the air-time is depleted. So how is this possible??? I want my funds returned immediately!

As per my records this was a different time for the repairs.
I am telling you for a cer*****y now, I did not increase my credit limit or make any international calls.
My account was hacked! I do not know how this happened and do not trust the security of MTN.
Please review my statements over the last few years as record that I have never made such calls before.
I want my money back now, my bank balance is in the negative and now have no money for the month.
I advise you to take careful action on this.
Regards
Wesley

I had to go personally reverse the transaction at Nedbank as I was sitting with no funds and could not even buy groceries as MTN obviously once again did not assist the customer. MTN seems to not want to sort out the issue as I have had no feedback whatsoever. Does it not appear unusual to MTN for such a transaction that has never occured before in 6 years to now happen. How is it possible for someone else to increase your credit limit without going into MTN with some proof of identification(Poor security measures) and use the limit that same day? How more obvious can it look that a credit limit was changed and the full limit used the same day?? Clearly a hacked account. I have also lost around R400 in bank charges for having a negative account! Please resolve this issue now and stop wasting my time.
