Debited even after cancelling
We cancelled the contract and paid it out and we're still debited the following month. We phone and they said it would be refunded by Monday 5 October 2015. We still have not received a refund.

We do pick up the credit for R -1,359.31 reflecting on the account is for early termination fee paid, the retentions department first have to clear the early termination fee payment, once this has been done the credit will be passed for the invoices generated after.
