Debit orders

MTN is full of nonsense. I sent them a letter showing them that we are on unpaid leave due to the covid pandemic since April. Every month they still tried to debit me when there were no funds in my account. I ended up in a minus figure 3 months in a row. Now they debited for 3 months one time and that was my UIF money which is not even half of my salary. If u took out a debit order for 1 month this month which is R900, that would have been fine. But R3000??? Dont u people know that everyone is getting retrenched or not getting paid full? I will never take another contract with MTN. I've been with MTN for 8 years and not once have any debit orders bounced. This is the first time and it's only because of the virus pandemic. This is not even the first time I had a problem with you. Useless
