Debit Orders Continuing Against A Deceased Estate

MTN was notified on the 27th of December 2014 that the contract owner was deceased. A copy of the death certificate and supporting documentation was provided. At the end of January, the account was debited. Upon inquiry we were told that it may take up to 2 years for MTN to process our request to have the contract terminated and that, during this period, the debit order against the account would continue.<br> I request that urgent action be taken to resolve this issue. The contract must be terminated with an effective date of the 27th of December 2014 and all subsequent payments to be refunded in full.<br> <br>
