******** Debit Orders

MTN is ********ly debiting payments on an account that I have fully settled. Despite all my attempts of going to the branch to ask for assistance instead I was told that there is nothing they can do.

I have the proof of settlement and the paid up letter but they keep on telling me that their systems updates in 30 business days.

I fail to understand how does the turn around time makes it difficult for the debit order to babe cancelled in the interim.

I have been inconvenienced and no one cares, I am very disappointed and regretting on paying this account. This is also affecting my credit record.
