******** Debit Orders and Contract upgrades

We cancelled a contract back in 2015 that is still causing frustration due to it not being concluded. MTN deducted monies ********ly for over 7 years then when you try and get into contact with them, you're on the phone for 3 to 4 hours and accomplish nothing. It is the highest level of incompetence and unprofessionalism I have ever experienced with a company of this size. Even after going to MTN head office multiple times, all you get is empty promises and headaches. I would NEVER recommend MTN to anyone. They are useless and ******** *******.
