Debit Orders after cancellation

I have obtained cancellation figures form MTN and received the cancellation figures on 8 January 2020 which was promptly paid on the same day. I even received a confirmation that my account was migrated to pre-paid effective from 2020-01-15 yet MTN still submits Debit Orders against my bank account.

This is very unprofessional and I no longer even live in SA.
