Debit Orders after 4 months the contract has ended
Hi, <br> <br> My contract with Mtn ended in July 2015 but they still debiting from my acc (I woke up to a sms notification even this morning). I have queried this with Mtn so many times and have emails to prove this. I was told by a consultant (I have email proof) that the debit orders will stop but they haven't. At first I was told that debit orders are billed a month behind and then I was told the cancelation was sent to the \cancelation department"but even today they still debiting. I haven't even been using them since July as I moved to another network. What's even worse is that I have received an email from Mtn apologizing for the inconvenience.<br> <br> This is really frustrating and I don't know what to do next as I have tried to be polite so many times.<br> It's actually unbelievable when I tell people this.<br> <br> Please make this stop!!!"""

Hi,
After I have received this response from MTN I am now receiving SMSs and an email from Hammond Pole Attorneys saying "Your MTN acc has been handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys, contact us urgently for repayment arrangement" I have spent so much time and money replying to their SMSs, email and calling to say I don't have an account MTN and this is frustrating now! they have even gone as far as threatning to take legal action against me. THIS IS ****ING ME OFF! MTN AND HAMMOND POLE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!
