Debit order without any consent
<p>MTN, you are deducting money off my avccount for a number I don't know, for something I had never agreed to! When I phone you say that you cannot see what it is for, you cannot stop it ("Go speak to your bank"). You are taking my money without my consent. YOU sort it out.</p>

That contract that had expired in September? I sent an email to cancellations@mtn in August - I gave a month's notice, and therefor September should have been my last payment.
I can see that those debit orders went through on my side. R62 for the contract THAT I CANCELLED IN AUGUST LAST YEAR and R110 for the other contract.
In other words, you are deducting money off my account without my consent.
Fix this and refund me.
