Debit order when off on the WRONG date! So disappointing!!!!!!

This was the worst 4 months of being a MTN customer.

This year MTN has decided to have a problem with when I pay them. They want their money on the 17th of each month!!! Who gets money on the 17th????

After a ridiculous fight for 3 months, they finally allowed me to set a date for a debit order. I even have the reference number to prove this. Guess what? Now the debit order went off on the 17th.

This is unacceptable!!!!! I have no words! This is the first year I have experienced this with MTN.

I have never NOT payed them ever! I am very disappointed in them!
