debit order went off 4 months after cancellation and no help from customer care

My contract was cancelled in February 2023, but a debit order went off again in June 2023, when phoning customer care, its either so noisy in the background that I struggle to hear the consultant or I get redirected to a number that doesn't work. Please help, it shouldn't be this hard to get information
