Debit order was not taken

MTN services up to ****, the customer care number does not work to speak to the so called MTN champion say press 0 to speak but the option.does not work at all my debit order did not go off now they want me to pay more than double payment that was not agreed on and who was reliable for debit order?? Me?? No MTN did not take money and now force us to pay but more than 2 months monthly premium i mailed them but do not think it worked as i got problems with same issue few mjnths back and it took me.months to get it up and runny again and with correct amounts now they start this again If this is not sorted out and taken today i will cancel this time as i do not want to struggle with services i do not get from them
