DEBIT ORDER WAS MORE THAN ORIGINAL AMOUNT

I have always (almost 2 years) paid R349.00 on my account, but this month a debit order of R441.40 went off without notifying me of any changes. I can not get hold of MTN ..... THE LINE RINGS FOREVER.
