Debit Order Stopped due to No Response from MTN
I have submitted numerous cancellation requests with MTN for 2 contracts currently in my name and passed their expiration / renewal date.

I have had no official response from MTN regarding any form of payments, finalization, etc. despite asking numerous times via e-mail and in response to other HelloPeter complaints.

I AM HEREBY NOTIFYING MTN THAT I HAVE PLACED A STOP ORDER ON THEIR NEXT DEBIT ORDER, as I submitted cancellation requests over 2 months ago for both contracts, yet still seem to be billed for the packages.

An MTN representative needs to contact me immediately in order to resolve this matter as I will no longer pay MTN any money until they have contacted me.

I have been waiting months for MTN to get their act together due to striking, etc. and have tried contacting them through many forms. I have had no response apart from a generic HelloPeter reply, to which I received no further action.

What makes me the most irate is that MTN are still contacting me trying to sell me services. They cannot be bothered with my termination requests, but still have resources to harass me all the time.

MTN, get your act together. I am leaving your network.
