DEBIT ORDER STILL NOT CHANGED!
I requested my debit order date to be changed on the 20 february 2015. i recieved an sms shortly after comfirming my request. on the 17 April 2015 i receive and sms stating that they going to double debit my account on the 20 April as my debit order returned as they tried to take it on the 20 march. CAN MTN please get there facts staright i requested my date to be changed in ample time can this please be corrected and i want my bank charges to be refunded to me!! this is 2015 and such a incompetants can not be accepted! your call center is USELESS as well!
