DEBIT ORDER REJECTION
I took out a contract from Altech Autopage about 6 years ago.<br> <br> Autopage closed down ( all Autopage dealers).<br> <br> My contract was taken over by MTN SP due to the fact that Autopage closed down.<br> <br> For the 1st time in 6 years since I took out this contract I have a problem. <br> <br> In the 1st place my debit order never went off and in the second place I also did not receive a statement from them either, how convenient.<br> <br> I will never ever in my life recommend anyone to go to MTN.<br> <br> If my credit score drops or I get a bad name at the bank due MTN's mistakes I will take this up with the MD of MTN.<br> <br> I also would like to know the buy out amount!!!<br> <br> To call the call centre is a lost case.<br> <br> I would like a call from MTN to get this sorted out ASAP.<br> <br> How easy it is to get a bad name for someone else's mistakes.<br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We have now received confirmation from our Credit Controlling Department that there was an issue with our system submitted debit orders for some of our customers that were migrated over from Autopage's system to ours.
A debit order for both invoices dated the 16th of March & April 2016 will be submitted on the 5th of May 2016.
We will forward the early termination fee calculation as soon as we received feedback from our Cancellations Department.
