Debit order problems

Worst phone company ever, i took a contract phone out last year, what is so funny is that a debit order was initiated but no debit order goes through it went through the first few months then after that nothing happened, been in and out of mtn stores asking for the debit order to be reinitiated since i don't always have time to pay in-store since im a chef working every single day, then all they say is the system is not working or its the banks problem. All i can say is don't trust them they are full of stupid lame excuses and treat their customers like garbage, why even let customers take out a contract with debit orders if yall are full of nonsense
