debit order problem
My contract with mtn expired on 11 April 2015. Lo an behold, like clockwork, debit order still being deducted ( 01/09/2015. I am on Vodacom prepaid since then so please explain MTN... And please reimburse debit order *******ly deducted !!!!!!

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We've perused the account and see that the amount of R260.84 that was debited on the 31st of August 2015 was for voice call & USSD (cell-phone banking etc) call charges. The subscription and service fees were discounted as the contract was cancelled before the invoice dated (20th of July 2015).
The usage was generated from the 20th of June 2015 up until the 10th of July 2015 when the line was deactivated. There is no credits due as the usage is valid.
