Debit order overcharge
<p>This morning MTN deducted over R300 from my account for my R99 data contract.When I called them I was informed that it is for extra data used.This is impossible since this package only allows for the loaded data.I had to recharge during this month because of data running out. Then I was told that the system shows that I used more than I was originally allocated. In other words I am paying extra for data usage for data that I payed for and loaded on.This is ridiculous! What is the use of a top up service if I get double charged for data that I pay for and load on?</p>

Kindly be advised that My MTNChoice package offers the ability to recharge at any time and the flexibility to spend out of your Usage Limit. Please be advised that as per our system you depleted your monthly allocated data of 2GB on the 2016-07-29, and you started incurring data charges from the usage limit and when you had depleted from the usage limit you then purchased data.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

05 Sept 2016, 09:57If I can spend out of my usage limit,why is it that when my data ran out I was immediately offline and could only connect once I recharged again.
As soon as my contract is up I will cancel it and move to another network.
