Debit order of R10 988-86 still not acceptible

Thank you for the feedback received thus far for *** and Billing and URL report [#***7]<br> However, the feedback, for me sadly is not very acceptable and the data supp**** for my billing is not very user friendly as even the summary provided appears to be nothing more than jargon.<br> I, therefore, find it necessary to express my extreme disappointment with the kind of treatment that I am now receiving form a service provider I have supported for a considerable length of time.<br> I, furthermore, strongly object to the flippant nature of deducting the alleged full billing amount for the period 20.12.2015 to 20.01.2016 whilst I am appealing for clarity. I certainly understand my obligation to pay for services rendered, yet strongly question the reliability and validity an amount far in excess of my monthly average.I believe this haphazard deduction certainly does not endear me to continuing a contract with MTN service provider in the future.You state that most of the data was used for anti-virus updates but that is incorrect as Avast cannot update SO much in such a short space of time, so I disagree with your explanation. I appeal to have the difference credited to my account.
