Debit order not processed
<p>My account is normally debited at the end of every month via debit order. However the deit order was not processed as normal at the end of October. Your call centre admits that the debit order was not processed by MTN and tells me that I must make arrangements to pay or else I will be suspended!!! Why must MTN's incompetence now become my problem? MTN must debit my account as arranged and not make their problem mine!!! My phone number is ********** . Please advise?</p>

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
As per our telephonic conversation the query has been escalated to the billing team have your account reconciled to see why the account was not debited as it should have been. I will also request for a jab of R 117.50 to bring your account up to date.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
