Debit order just being cancelled

Being fighting with MTN for way to long now about my son's Contract. We have blocked all subscriptions etc on his phone and still we get charged monthly extra. When I go in they tell me they can't find it on their systems but I'm getting charged for it and they keep putting me on a cash order where I have a debit order. Definitely not renewing my son's contract with them.
