Debit order issues
I have been trying to change my debit date for 3 month now after my june payment didn't go of I efted the paymen on the 30th of june and after n week mtn cut my service off saying I diddent pay so I took te proof of payment to my local mtn store where the guy gave me reference numbers for my payment and my debit change date I even emailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed] but still thay debited my acount for n double payment on the wrong date!

Kindly be advised that the payment of R435.40 made via EFT is reflecting on your account. Please also be advised that the debit order date has been changed to the 7th. Previously when the debit order was debited on the 25th, you were paying for your account a month in arrears. Please note that the debit order going off on 2015-08-07 will be for R857.40 which is the balance due for the invoice dated
2015-06-20 and 2015-07-20 as you will no longer be debited a month in arrears.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
