Debit order going through but data allocation struggle ?

Logged a call regarding my data allocation its been 7 days no feedback whenever I call they tell me wait your query is not yet resolved I will see the sms when is resolved for 7 days they did nothing. I was suppose to get my data allocation by the 27th even today I'm still waiting. The worst service I wouldn't wish it for anyone. I'm very disappointed now I'm supposed to buy data using cash whereas mtn debit my account on a monthly basis ?
