Debit order *****

I upgraded my contract in April. My monthly debit order is deducted at end of each month for R99. Nothing was debited in August and an amount of R253.95 was debited on 8 September. So MTN deducts what they like at anytime of the month. I raised the issue with accounts ref *** and it has not been resolved, no feedback.
