Debit order error

Good Day, I am quite disappointed by MTN South Africa for debiting me R1 696 from my bank account instead of the usual R300 on the 20th of November 2020. I have been waiting for the money to be returned to my account as I had not planned for such, but feet have been dragged and I have not received my money back.
