Debit order despite cancellation
My mtn contract was nearing the end of the term and I visited the store more than a month in advance to make sure that the contract would be properly cancelled and avoid unnecessary charges. Despite following the instructions given to the tee ny debit order came off this month! When I enquired in store the sales assistant admitted that this was not an uncommon complaint but there us nothing he can do. Unacceptable!! Surely this can be addressed. Please help.
