Debit order date Deduction

On the 27th the debit order of R139.00 went through my account, and my salary gets paid only on the 28th of every month (irrespective of whether its weekend). It might look like it's a small amount but the fact is, when you apply you clearly state when you normally get paid, which I clearly stated on the application form, what about my credit profile.<br> I am now sitting with unpaid debit order and additional charge of R115. I called the call centre and they claimed that they send notification on the 18th, which I did not received. <br>
