Debit Order Date Changed Without Notice
My Debit Order date was changed without notice as sutch die Debit Order went off on The 29th and there was no avble funds now they wil Deduckt R2085.00 From my Bank Acc Tomorrow and ever since Nashua Mobile closed my Contract is a Open one Again Without Notice my acc Balance was always in the R500.00 range and all of the sudden its over R1000.00 per month if not more if this is not Corrected im gonna go to Vodacom or any other Mobile supplier for them to take over my acc from MTN im sick and tired of there bad sevice and High Bills I cant even afford to buy Food for my Familly this Month because of there BAD service and High Bills and Staff that dont do ther Job Properly

According to our records, your contract is not a top up. However if you wish you can request a usage limit to be loaded.
The debit order date is the last working which it has been since December. The amount of R2 087.53 was for the debit of May that was returned a well as the invoice for June that was due.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
